Role: The Office Assistant’s role is to maintain the office operations. This role helps with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Responsibilities: The Office Assistant is responsible for organizing the office and assisting employees to optimize workflow.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointment for Human Resource Manager
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages by ordering
- Resolve office related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Prescreen job candidates for Human Resource Manager
- Coordinate calendars with other employees throughout the company
- Courier services
- Maintain office filing
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Fax, scan, and copy documents
